My music taste varies a whole lot, going from indie to hyperpop, so I'll break it up into different boxes, so its easier for you and I 
Pop
So as for my first section, Pop, this can go MANY directions 
But for starters, I'm a big fan of our queen B (huge shout out to my friend Jaapie for obsessing about her to me). Recently I've also become a HUGE of PinkPantheress, often listening to her music at night when my usual loud electronic music is a bit too much for my mood and I need a calm tune. Besides English pop, I also listen to Japanese and Korean pop 
For Japanese pop, the BIGGEST shout out in the WORLD goes to my favourite duo in the universe, FAKE TYPE. They are a pop / electro swing duo who have been producing music since 2013 (best known for their feature in One Piece: Film Red for making the track for Fleeting lullaby) I've been a fan since like the start of 2020 and they have been my #1 artist for 3 years running
My friends all know how obsessed I am, having done so. many. school projects on them. If you don't know FAKE TYPE. you dont know me honestlyAnother J-pop artist I love is Ado, a currently faceless and insanely well-known singer If you don't know her I'd really suggest checking her music out, her voice is actually insane 
As for Korean pop, my favourite group is probably Aespa, I've only recently really gotten into k-pop, but I'm really enjoying getting to learn about it!!
Electronic / Hyperpop This is probably the section I can yap about the most, as I don't really talk about it much with my friends. When it comes to Electronic music, I love artists such as 6arelyhuman, Odetari, Ayesha Erotica, Femtanyl and ZOMB This type of music kinda just gives me the confidence or energy I need sometimes. My favourite electronic / hyperpop songs at the moment would probably be Yummy (Ayesha Erotica), Let's Go Gambling! (FEM&M), IT'S TIME (femtanyl) and GIRL HELL 1999 (femtanyl) This type of music doesn't sit right with everyone and I totally get that, but personally It's a style I've definitely learnt to appreciate over the time that I've known it 
Vocaloid This is probably where my interest in music started, I was about 11 when I first discovered vocaloid with ROKI by Mikito P, but didn't do much research on it or anything 
. Though, later I met someone who was into vocaloid and it inspired me to learn more about it too Currently my favourite vocaloid song is probably 8bit Electric Angel (Yui) or Highlight (KIRA) My favourite vocaloid producer is Mitchie M and my favourite vocaloid is kaito 
and NO I'm NOT a horny kaito fan Oh yeah!!! I went to "Miku Expo" tour this year (2024) and LOVED it and I even managed to get a lightstick 40 euros down the drain though... BUT SO WORTH IT 
Rock All the rock I listen to is kinda my dads music taste, which I love! Rock artists I love are Muse , Aesop Rock, BABYMETAL and the Atomic Bitchwax I love love LOVE Muse !!! Recently got their Will of the People vinyl and Im enjoying it to the absolute fullest Recently Ive really been into Gorillaz a lot too, I really love the vibe of their music, its quite relaxing. My favourite rock tracks currently are Hysteria (Muse), BxMxC (BABYMETAL) and Shes my collar (Gorillaz)
HipHop / Rap The FINAL section If you managed to get this far honestly props to you This is probably going to be quite a small section because I don't listen to that much hiphop or rap, but for starters I'd like to talk about my favourite hiphop duo Joey Valence & Brae (JVB) best known for Punk Tactics and The Baddest (featuring Ayesha Erotica, who I will come back to later) and their music is just super badass in general !! My dad gave me the best birthday present EVER: buying tickets for their concert which was on the evening of my birthday!! I'm super happy I got to see them live, they were super entertaining and funny with their little chats with the audience between songs and it was definitely a birthday to remember Secondly, as I pointed out a second ago, I'd like to mention Ayesha Erotica I mean come on she is like an absolute icon, I wish I had her confidence My favourite JVB song is probably Doughboy or OK, though I love RN a lot too. And as for Ayesha my favourite song is DEFINITELY Yummy
